How to make a knit more oversized

Today, we're excited to share a special hack with you, revealing the secret to effortlessly rocking oversized knits with a touch of chic. Prepare to elevate your winter wardrobe game!

In our latest video, Dee talks about a fabulous fashion hack that will transform your knitwear into a oversized, trendy statement piece. She will take you through how she achieved the coveted oversized look while maintaining an impeccable sense of style.

The Hanging Technique:
Now, let's dive into the secret technique that will help you achieve the baggy, supersized effect. After you wash it, hang your knitwear for a couple days or even weeks on a hanger just like how you would hang a tshirt. The gravity of the weight of the knit will help pull and stretch the fabric as it dries. Dee shows you in the video the difference in length between a new knit straight from the pack and one she has hanged out for 3 weeks.

Versatile Styling Options:
One of the beauties of the oversized knit trend is its versatility. Such as a casual daytime look by pairing it with your favourite jeggings and sneakers or dressing up for a cozy night out with a nice pair of jeans and boots. Another hack is that Dee would go a few sizes up her regular size for an even more oversized look. Dee's usual size is AU 6/XS, for the Lantern Knit she shows us how she wears a size L as a dress and pairs it with knee high boots. Your oversized knitwear can adapt to any occasion!
