Within Australia, standard delivery is free when your order is AUD$120 and above, otherwise it is only $9.95! Express delivery will just set you $14.95 aside.
Please note when store credit is used, free shipping in Australia is only eligible on order total exceeding AUD $120 after deducting the applied store credit. If your order total remains below AUD $120 after applying store credit/gift card, shipping charges will apply.
This rule also applies for international orders over the amount of AUD $150.
Yes, we do! Our global #ByAmicaSquad is way too precious to be missing out! We use Australia Post to send all international standard parcels and DHL for international express. They are all trackable posts, so you have nothing to worry about!

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. Your order will be dispatched in 1-2 business days, and should arrive in 2-3 days for metro areas, and 4-7 days for regional areas within Australia.

If you have incorrectly entered your delivery address, shoot us a message on LiveChat via our website within an hour of placing your order to ensure we help update your address details immediately.
Uh oh! If the order has already been dispatched from our office and the address is incorrect, we will not be able to send out a new parcel. This will incur a return to sender fee of $15 which is charged by Australia Post.
To have the item sent to the correct address, additional payment for the redelivery costs will also be incurred on your side.
