Customer Service & Resolutions Assistant
The Customer Happiness Expert position reports directly to our Customer Happiness Manager and is pivotal in maintaining our key customer value proposition as ‘Your Friend in Fashion’. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are given informed, impeccable and prompt responses when they reach out to us on our social platforms, phone or email.
Duties will include
- Take responsibility and accountability for day to day customer happiness on the following channels:
- Facebook Page
- Facebook Group
- Phone
- Report and escalate customer feedback for resolution to disputes team
- Work under the direction of the Community Manager to ensure the above channels are up to date at the end of each day
- Manage our retail showroom
- Manage customer returns and ensuring they are processed in timely manner
- Ensuring all sales KPIs are met through creation of manual sales
- Work to a set Key Performance Indicators to ensure all customer communication is of the highest standard
- Assisting the team as required
To be successful in this role
- 1 - 2 years office customer service experience in a fashion environment
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Fast typing skills
- An interest in fashion and styling
- Bubbly and personable
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of people
- Ability to multitask from a variety of communication channels
- Solutions focussed with positive disposition
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop from senior team members and grow with business

Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a driven, hands-on Social Media Team Coordinator, who would report to the Social Media Team Leader. This role is fast-paced, creative and would see you to bring your ideas to life. You’d be responsible for assisting in management of all of our social platforms and driving growth of our social media presence. As a key member of the marketing team, you would have an input into our marketing plans and would optimise and implement strategies that push the business forward. By Amica is growing every day, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the By Amica brand on social media: smile for the camera!
- Assist with managing activities and performance on our social platforms - Facebook Group & Page, Instagram and Tiktok
- Plan, schedule and execute creative content that are engaging and relatable while meeting our brand vision e.g. in-house content, styling videos, educational videos, long-form videos to tell stories
- Assist with collaborations for existing and new potential brands and influencers that will grow the brands reach and following
- Shoot and capture content during content shoots
- Push post notifications after business hours on instagram
- Analysis of top competitors and gather ideas from various industries
- Assist with planning and executing compelling competition or giveaway campaigns to engage and grow following
- Report on social media performance
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum 1+ years in a similar role
- Some understanding of social media strategy, especially for Facebook
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to edit photos and stories on mobile apps such as Canva, Capcut
- Ability to work in a team & autonomously

Marketing Interns
DIGITAL MARKETING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The Role
You will report to the Marketing Coordinator and assist the marketing team in creating marketing content and execute marketing plans. You will be working across various digital channels including social media platforms.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Pitch relevant ideas to the marketing team
- Assisting in the creation of engaging social media content
- Engaging and interacting on social media including on Instagram and Facebook
- Assist in fashion photoshoots
- Assist with sourcing and executing collaborations with influencers
- Assisting in the creation of graphics and other marketing material
- Analyse the effectiveness of marketing plans
The right candidate must
- Have a good knowledge of the social media landscape, particularly Instagram and Facebook
- Have sound photo editing skills (experience with Adobe Creative Cloud will be highly regarded)
- Have a good eye for detail
- Be hard-working and motivated and with a good ability to multitask
- Be passionate about fashion and be willing to bring new ideas to the table
- Candidates must be available to join our fun and creative team 2-3 days a week for a 3-month period. While this is an unpaid internship, we can credit the internship to relevant study requirements/subjects.

Graphic Interns
DIGITAL MARKETING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

You will report to the Graphic Designer and assist the marketing and graphics team to create and edit marketing assets and materials.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Assisting with both website and social media content creation including taking flat lays
- Assisting the graphics team with editing photoshoots
- Assisting in the creation of promotional graphics and other marketing materials
The right candidate must
- Have knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly Photoshop and Lightroom
- Have a good eye for detail
- Be hard-working and motivated and with a good ability to multitask
- Be passionate about fashion and be willing to bring new ideas to the table
Candidates must be available to join our fun and creative team 1-2 days a week for a 3-month period.
