Order Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 12:30PM (Sydney AEST/AEDT) on a business day will be dispatched on the same day* (unless there is a preorder item in the order, it will be sent only once the preorder has arrived).
If you’re a new customer, we might contact you to verify your information. This is just to ensure all your details are accurate, so your parcel arrives without any issues. Please note, this verification process may result in delaying a same day dispatch.
During busy promo sale periods this can fluctuate 1-3 business days extra depending on volume of orders.
Please note during big sale peak periods, the courier network may also experience delays due to high volume of parcels being sent by other businesses as well. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our couriers or factors outside of our control.
Take into account both, dispatch processing time from our team and courier delivery time when placing an order.
