Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

AUS/NZ/INTL (excluding US) Returns Policy
Postage costs of returns are at the expense of the customer. In the event that an item is faulty, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our Returns Policy complies with ACL and the guidelines set by the ACCC.
SHIPPING
Take into account both, dispatch processing time from our team and courier delivery time when placing an order. All costs and delivery timeframes (depending on your location in the related country) are estimated. It is the customer's responsibility for the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect shipping information. Once the order has left our warehouse, we have very limited control over courier delivery speed and progress in the network. Please refer to our Shipping Policy here.
CLICK & COLLECT:
Click & Collect orders not collected within 30 days will be cancelled and store credit will be issued. A $4 restocking fee will be taken from the amount when the credit is issued.
RETURN + SHIPPING COVERAGE
This bundle must be added at checkout and paid for with the same order you intend to apply the cover to - it cannot be added any time after once your order has been checked out and confirmed. To read the full coverage terms click here.
For countries where exchanges are offered, outbound exchange shipping (us to you) is a separate charge each time. For International customers, any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges associated with the shipment of your exchange order are also the responsibility of the customer.

If your new order falls below AUD$130 after the store credits have been applied, you will be charged for postage. Free shipping in Australia is only eligible on new orders where the total exceeds AUD $130 after deducting the applied code/store credit/gift card. If your order total remains below AUD $130 after applying code/store credit/gift card, shipping charges will apply.
Orders placed before 23 March 2026 (10AM AEDT): This rule also applies for international orders and their free shipping threshold based on the store currency set for the region.

PROMOTION:
When a promotion is launched, existing or previous orders are not valid for offer. Coupon/discount code must be applied at checkout to claim in order. Order will be cancelled and will not be sent out if the customer persists.
Items being sold at clearance prices are final sale with no exchange or refunds permitted unless faulty.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE
The By Amica mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by By Amica (“By Amica”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to By Amica’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of By Amica through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, sales, discounts, product launches, giveaways, coupons, and other marketing offers.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with By Amica. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

ORDERS
Purchases made on this website by you for a particular product for the specified price at the time the order is placed binds you to these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason including but not limited to an error in the pricing, stock shortages, an incorrect description, or an error made by you.
PRICES
Product and service prices and any other charges displayed on the website are in store currency set for your region and are current at the time of posting but are subject to change at any time.
GOODS AND SERVICES (GST) AND OTHER AUSTRALIAN TAXES
Prices displayed on this website are inclusive of the Australian GST applied at the rate of 10%. They exclude all foreign taxes, VATs and customs and excise duties.
We relinquish title of the products you order when full payment has been made inclusive of Australian GST and delivery has been made to or collected by a postal service.
US TARIFFS/DUTIES
With recent changes to US import regulations, including the removal of the de minimis threshold and the introduction of new tariff and duty requirements, duties and taxes are now included in our product pricing.
To keep things simple, these fees are paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on your behalf, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

NZ BORDER CLEARANCE LEVY
From 1 April 2026, the New Zealand Government has introduced new charges for all postal goods entering New Zealand. This is now included in our product pricing.
To keep things simple, these levies are paid to NZ Customs on your behalf so there are no additional charges on delivery.
Levies are collected by NZ Customs and are non refundable, even if you return your order.

REST OF THE WORLD - INTERNATIONAL FEES, CUSTOMS & DUTY TAXES
Please note that the freight/shipping fee charged by our company solely covers the cost of shipping the item(s) from our facility to the designated delivery address. It is important for customers to understand that this fee does not include any international taxes, customs duties, or any other fees that may be required by the destination country.
All responsibilities for additional charges - including but not limited to taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with the collection of the parcel - rest with the recipient. Our company is not responsible for any such additional costs that may arise during the process of shipping and delivery. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we highly recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for further information on the specifics of these charges.
We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping process, but it is crucial for recipients to be aware of and prepare for any additional expenses that may occur. Understanding and complying with the destination country’s customs regulations is essential to avoid delays or unexpected charges. Our team is always here to assist with shipping inquiries, but the liability for the parcel and any further fees, customs, or charges associated with its collection are solely the recipient's responsibility.
LOST PACKAGES, COURIER DELAYS & RTS FEES
We do not accept responsibility for lost orders as a result of a third party’s negligence or otherwise, so far as we can provide proof of shipment. If your order is missing, please contact us immediately. Please note we are not responsible for any delays caused by our couriers.
If we receive a parcel marked “Return to Sender” (RTS) due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from the post office, a RTS fee will apply:

GOVERNING LAW
The Terms of Use are governed by and understood in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.
