Marketing Assistant
As the Marketing Assistant you’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day marketing execution, the person who keeps the wheels turning. You are responsible for supporting the Ecommerce & Growth Team and will take part in preparing ads, EDMs, and website updates. You’ll work closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and the Ecommerce Specialist to ensure promotions and campaigns run seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone who loves getting things done, thrives in fast-paced environments, and finds satisfaction in making a team run smoother, faster, and smarter.
The role is based in our head office at Fairfield and is an in-office role.
How you will contribute:
- Assist in preparing high-performing Meta ads and maintaining daily ad operations
- Conduct daily ad sweeps and flag issues to support the Manager to set priorities to ads that needs attention
- Support the Ecommerce Specialist with product setup and ongoing merchandising tasks on the website
- Support initiatives to drive high-quality traffic to our website such as promotions, email database and direct marketing
- Participate in designing weekly email marketing structure to increase engagement and conversions
- Run reports and gather data and insights
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar ecommerce and marketing role
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager desirable
- Experience with fast fashion industry desirable
- High attention to detail and has an eye for what looks good
- Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Enjoy hands-on execution and solving problems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team
- Reliable and able to maintain stable performance under pressure and fast paced environment

Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a driven, hands-on Social Media Coordinator, who will report to the Social Media Manager. This role is fast-paced, creative and would see you bring your ideas to life. You’d be responsible for assisting in the management of all of our social platforms and driving growth of our social media presence. Your creative flair will be shown through your content creation. As a key member of the social media team, you have an input into our marketing plans and implement strategies that will contribute to business growth.

How you will contribute:
- Act as the face of the By Amica brand on social media - smile for the camera!
- Assist with managing activities and performance on our social platforms - Facebook Group & Page, Instagram and Tiktok
- Plan, schedule and execute creative content that are engaging and relatable while meeting our brand vision e.g. in-house content, styling videos, educational videos, long-form videos to tell stories
- Assist with collaborations for existing and new potential brands and influencers that grow the brands reach and following
- Shoot and capture content during content shoots
- Push post notifications after business hours on instagram
- Analysis of top competitors and gather ideas from various industries
- Assist with planning and executing compelling competition or giveaway campaigns to engage and grow following
- Report on social media performance
To be successful in this role:
- Minimum 1+ years in a similar role
- Some understanding of social media strategy, especially for Facebook
- Strong copywriting skills
- Have a creative eye
- Ability to create content on Canva and Capcut
- Ability to work in a team & autonomously

Are you obsessed with Instagram, TikTok, and all things fashion? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Social Media Intern to join our marketing team and gain hands-on experience bringing a fashion brand to life online.
Working closely with our Brand Manager and social marketing team, you’ll be part of the creative engine behind our digital presence - developing content, contributing to campaigns, and building real engagement across our platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and working directly on the kind of work that makes an impact.
Your day-to-day could include:
- Researching trends and creative content ideas
- Assisting in the creation of scroll-stopping social media posts
- Interacting and building community on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
- Helping plan and prepare for photoshoots and content days
- Assisting with influencer outreach and collaborations
- Supporting the creation of graphics and marketing assets for socials
- Tracking social media performance and learning what makes content work
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Fashion Design & Production Intern

Are you passionate about the behind-the-scenes magic that brings fashion collections to life? We're looking for a Fashion Design & Production Intern to join our creative team and gain hands-on experience in the full design-to-production process.
This is your chance to work closely with our design and production team, gaining real-world skills in fit, fabrication, and fashion logistics - perfect for anyone looking to grow their career in fashion design or product development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play an important support role across our design and production teams, with responsibilities including:
- Organising and maintaining the fabric library, strike-offs, swatches and submissions
Assisting with sample management, including the sample rack and archiving - Supporting fit sessions with note-taking, photo documentation, and occasional fit modeling
- Maintaining and updating spec sheets and working range sheets
- Assisting with the creation of production tech packs and ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Measuring fit samples across all stages of the fit cycle
- Helping with eCommerce photoshoot preparation when needed
- Folding and organising samples, ensuring work areas stay clean, tidy,and safe
- Occasionally joining in social content creation with the team
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Is studying or recently completed a degree in fashion design, product development or similar
- Has excellent attention to detail and a passion for garments and fit
- Is super organised and can keep digital and physical records in order
- Has strong communication skills and can take initiative
- Is excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a growing fashion brand
- Bonus: Confident trying on samples across various sizes for fit assessment
