Community & Customer Care Assistant

The Community & Customer Care Assistant position reports directly to our Community & Customer Care Manager and is pivotal in maintaining our key customer value proposition as ‘Your Friend in Fashion’. You will be responsible for ensuring our customers are given informed, impeccable and prompt responses when they reach out to us on our social platforms, phone or email.  You’ll be the go-to person for delivering quick, friendly and helpful responses when our customers reach out through social media, phone, email, or even during their showroom visits at our office warehouse. It’s all about making every interaction feel personal and fabulous!

How you’ll contribute:

  • Responding to customer and community queries via email, phone, and social media with warmth, care and confidence
  • Assisting and guiding customers during showroom appointments, creating memorable face-to-face experiences
  • Resolving customer disputes with care and effectiveness, ensuring quick resolutions on all platforms
  • Making genuine connections and helping women of all ages, shapes and backgrounds feel empowered and confident in their style
  • Sharing customer feedback and insights with our in-house design team to help shape future collections
  • Occasionally get in front of the camera for our social media content, showing our customers the faces behind the brand
  • Supporting the team with admin tasks, return processes and occasional operational issues as needed

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Minimum one year in fashion retail experience with online/office customer service experience in a fashion environment desirable
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • An interest in fashion and styling
  • Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers
  • Ability to come across bubbly and personable in written and verbal communication
  • Confidence in managing multiple systems and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a face-paced environment autonomously and as part of a small growing team 
  • Willingness to learn and develop from senior team members and grow with business

Are you obsessed with Instagram, TikTok, and all things fashion? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Social Media Intern to join our marketing team and gain hands-on experience bringing a fashion brand to life online.

Working closely with our Brand Manager and social marketing team, you’ll be part of the creative engine behind our digital presence - developing content, contributing to campaigns, and building real engagement across our platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be rolling up your sleeves and working directly on the kind of work that makes an impact.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Researching trends and creative content ideas
  • Assisting in the creation of scroll-stopping social media posts
  • Interacting and building community on Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
  • Helping plan and prepare for photoshoots and content days
  • Assisting with influencer outreach and collaborations
  • Supporting the creation of graphics and marketing assets for socials
  • Tracking social media performance and learning what makes content work

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Lives and breathes social media (especially Instagram and TikTok)
  • Has basic editing/design skills (Capcut and Canva)
  • Has a sharp eye for detail and a love for good visuals
  • Is full of ideas and not afraid to share them
  • Is passionate about fashion and eager to learn

Fashion Design & Production Intern

Step Into the Heart of Fashion!

Are you passionate about the behind-the-scenes magic that brings fashion collections to life? We're looking for a Fashion Design & Production Intern to join our creative team and gain hands-on experience in the full design-to-production process.

This is your chance to work closely with our design and production team, gaining real-world skills in fit, fabrication, and fashion logistics - perfect for anyone looking to grow their career in fashion design or product development.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play an important support role across our design and production teams, with responsibilities including:

  • Organising and maintaining the fabric library, strike-offs, swatches and submissions
    Assisting with sample management, including the sample rack and archiving
  • Supporting fit sessions with note-taking, photo documentation, and occasional fit modeling
  • Maintaining and updating spec sheets and working range sheets
  • Assisting with the creation of production tech packs and ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
  • Measuring fit samples across all stages of the fit cycle
  • Helping with eCommerce photoshoot preparation when needed
  • Folding and organising samples, ensuring work areas stay clean, tidy,and safe
  • Occasionally joining in social content creation with the team

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is studying or recently completed a degree in fashion design, product development or similar
  • Has excellent attention to detail and a passion for garments and fit
  • Is super organised and can keep digital and physical records in order
  • Has strong communication skills and can take initiative
  • Is excited to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a growing fashion brand
  • Bonus: Confident trying on samples across various sizes for fit assessment
