Booking Fee: A $50 fee per person, per session is required to secure your showroom appointment.

This fee is fully redeemable:

• Apply it towards any items you fall in love with during your showroom session visit, OR
• If you choose not to make a purchase during your visit, the $50 will be converted as store credit for future use.

T&Cs: The $50 booking fee is non refundable. Store credit validity is 3 years from the date of issue/appointment date. If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll convert the booking fee into store credit. You can use it towards your next order online or in person for another session.

For those doing click and collect/exchanges only, this fee will not be applicable as long as you can provide the order number while filling out the form so our team can check and confirm.
