EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
For customers located in the European Union (EU):
If you are purchasing as a consumer and your order is delivered to an EU member state, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting an EU Withdrawal Request through our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning the goods.
Items should be returned in their original condition. We may reduce the refund where the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Nothing in our standard Returns Policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, certain restrictions contained in our standard Returns Policy (including sale item exclusions, refund restrictions and return conditions) may not apply.
Most customers should use our standard Returns Portal below. Customers whose orders were delivered to an EU member state and who wish to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal should use the EU Withdrawal Request form.
