Our Black Friday Sale is our biggest sale in history! Starts Tuesday 11th November 2025 at 7PM AEDT for 3 HOURS ONLY, 30% OFF EVERYTHING* + if you spend over $200 AUD you get an exclusive and limited free gift!

It’s your chance to shop your favourite styles at special limited time prices, with many pieces selling out fast. Once an item is gone, it won’t be restocked during the sale so it’s the perfect time to treat yourself, get your event outfits sorted or jump on those pieces you’ve had your eye on.

In short: best prices, limited time, free gift, while stock lasts.

This is one of our biggest sale in history that we are going to do! Our team is preparing to work hard to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, however please understand slight delays may occur during this period.

Take into account both dispatch processing time from our team and courier delivery time when placing an order. When your order has left our warehouse, keep an eye out via email for your tracking updates.

Once your order has been sent, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Australian customers can check delivery estimates on Australia Post for your area (we ship from Fairfield East, 2165). International customers, please see drop down menu for related countries shipping methods and ETA on this page.

We recommend selecting Express Shipping for any orders that are time sensitive to ensure there is enough time for it to arrive to you.

Also note courier networks may experience delays during this peak Black Friday sale period with parcels being sent by other businesses as well, which is outside of our control.

If you are in the local area, there is also the option of Click and Collect at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected (titled- Your Click & Collect order #XXXXX is ready for pickup). Please wait for the notification before coming to collect to ensure the order is prepared and ready for you. If you need something urgently picked up, please get in touch with us so we can assist where possible. Pick up time is only available between Monday - Friday 8AM to 4PM AEDT.

Yes, you can use your store credit during the sale. Store credits are attached to your account (your account is the email address you used when you placed your order with us). Make sure to double check the store credit is applied before hitting that pay now button.

Because this is a very fast flash sale, we may not be able to assist with checkout issues in real time. If for any reason your store credit isn’t applying or something isn’t working at the checkout, you’re welcome to hold onto your store credit and use it next time - it’s valid for 3 years from the date it was issued, so there’s no rush or pressure to use it immediately.

Yes, you can return the item back to us as long as the item meets our returns policy and they are not a sale item marked as clearance no returns.

We’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed, as it begins processing straight away during our sale period. Please triple check everything before you submit and pay for your order such as items, sizes, quantity, delivery address, email, phone number, etc.

Pro tip:
Log in and prepare your account details before shopping. Our website uses Shop Pay to help you log in and check out faster. Your saved address and contact details will autofill at checkout so it’s important they’re correct.

Don’t remember setting up Shop Pay?
Shop Pay automatically creates a profile when you’ve checked out using your email or phone on any Shopify store (not just ours). So you might already have Shop Pay without realising it.

To update your details:

  1. Go to https://shop.app/pay or open the Shop app
  2. Enter the email or phone number you usually use at checkout
  3. You’ll receive a verification code - no password needed
  4. Once logged in, go to Payment & Addresses
  5. Update your saved address and contact details

These details will then autofill at checkout on our website and any other Shopify hosted website.

If you’d prefer not to use Shop Pay, you can also checkout as a guest - just make sure to carefully enter your address and contact info. You’ll see the guest checkout option on the checkout page.

We’re not able to refund or adjust prices on orders placed before the sale began or after the sale ended. This Black Friday (30% Off) pricing is only available during the sale period as stated and can’t be applied to previous purchases.

Any order that includes a preorder item will be dispatched once it has arrived in the office. If you are intending to purchase other instock items and needing it, we recommend you to create a separate order for your desired preorder items. All preorder delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to shipment/production delays.

Preorder items are marked with a “Preorder” badge on the product image and other touchpoints throughout the product page, along with the estimated timeframe in the product description.

Note: All items purchased on preorder can only be cancelled for a store credit.

Our sale ends 10PM AEDT sharp! Once items sell out, they’re gone so we recommend shopping early to avoid missing your favourites. If you’ve got something in your cart - don’t wait, it won't last!
