GUIDE: Store credits issued AFTER 1 April 2026

You will receive an email notification each time your store credit is issued. Ensure you are logged in with the same email to access your store credit at checkout. 

Note: Any unused credit will be saved for future order use. You can view your store credit balance in your account details when you’re logged into your customer account.

1. Add your items to the cart and checkout when you are ready to pay.

2. At checkout, when logged in you should see the below image. You must select "Apply store credit" to use the store credit as a payment method. 

4. Once ticked, the store credit should be applied to the order. You will see the breakdown on the right side if viewing on desktop and to see this on mobile, click open the Order Summary.
