Order Dispatch Time

Orders placed before 12:30PM Sydney AEST/AEDT on a business day will be dispatched on the same day* (unless there is a preorder item in the order, it will be sent only once the preorder has arrived).

During busy promo sale periods this can fluctuate 1-3 business days extra depending on volume of orders.

If you’re a new customer, we might contact you to verify your information. This is just to ensure all your details are accurate, so your parcel arrives without any issues. Please note, this verification process may result in delaying a same day dispatch.

If your order still hasn't been dispatched before the 12:30PM Sydney AEST/AEDT cutoff and you need it urgently, give us a call at to see if we can arrange a quicker dispatch for you. During peak periods, we recommend selecting Express Shipping for the fastest delivery.

We recommend selecting Express/Fast Shipping for any orders that are time sensitive to ensure there is enough time for it to arrive to you.

Please note during big sale peak periods, the courier network may also experience delays due to high volume of parcels being sent by other businesses as well. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our couriers or factors outside of our control.

Take into account both, dispatch processing time from our team and courier delivery time when placing an order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Within Australia, standard delivery is free when your order is AUD $130 and above, otherwise it is only AUD $9.95! Express delivery will just set you AUD $14.95 aside.

Please note free shipping in Australia is only eligible on orders total exceeding AUD $130 after deducting the applied code/store credit/gift card. If your order total falls below AUD $130 after these deductions, shipping charges will apply.

This rule also applies for international orders and their free shipping threshold.

We use Australia Post to send all international standard and fast parcels and DHL for international express. They are all trackable posts, so you have nothing to worry about!

Please keep in mind all shipping timeframes are estimates only.

With recent changes to US import regulations, including the removal of the de minimis threshold and the introduction of new tariff and duty requirements, duties and taxes are now included in our product pricing.

To keep things simple, these fees are paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on your behalf, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

From 1 April 2026, the New Zealand Government has introduced new charges for all postal goods entering New Zealand. This is now included in our product pricing.

To keep things simple, these levies are paid to NZ Customs on your behalf so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Levies are collected by NZ Customs and are non refundable, even if you return your order.

Please note that the freight/shipping fee charged by our company solely covers the cost of shipping the item(s) from our facility to the designated delivery address. All responsibilities for additional charges - including but not limited to taxes, customs duties, and fees associated with the collection of the parcel - rest with the recipient. Our company is not responsible for any such additional costs that may arise during the process of shipping and delivery. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we highly recommend that our customers contact their local customs office for further information on the specifics of these charges.

Don't stress, you will receive an automated email from us once your order is dispatched with tracking delivery information. For some reason, sometimes our tracking delivery email may go straight to your spam/junk mail. If you still can't find it there, send us an email on hello@byamica.com and our team can help you sort this one out!

Got way too excited about placing your order and mistyped your address? No worries!

If you have incorrectly entered your delivery address, shoot us an email at hello@byamica.com immediately (please put subject as URGENT and your order #XXXXXX) and we will do our best to make the changes before your order is shipped.

Uh oh! If the order has already been dispatched from our office and the address is incorrect, we will not be able to send out a new parcel. This will incur a return to sender fee of AUD $15 for Australian orders / AUD $25 for international orders charged by Australia Post/DHL.

To have the item sent to the correct address, additional payment for the redelivery costs will also be incurred on your side.

Yes we do! Simply select the Click and Collect option during checkout and you will be notified by email when your order is ready to be collected. Our office is based in Fairfield, Sydney.

If you need something urgently picked up, you can contact us by email to organise it with our team to have it ready for you in time. Our hours for pick up are from 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Click & Collect orders not collected within 30 days will be cancelled and store credit will be issued. A $4 restocking fee will be taken from the amount when the credit is issued.

That’s why we’ve introduced Shipping Protection - a simple way to keep your order safe and give you one less thing to worry about.

Think of Shipping Protection as a safety net for your order. It covers:

Lost parcels: If your parcel gets lost and can’t be found, we’ll send you a replacement.
Wrong delivery: If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to an error on our end or the courier’s, we’ll replace it for you.
Damage: If your items arrive damaged, we’ll replace them.

It’s just a small extra fee added at checkout, but it goes a long way toward giving you peace of mind.
