Removal: to remove the adhesive bra, carefully peel it away from your skin starting at the top and gently peeling it downwards. Take your time, trying to pull it off too quickly or forcefully can damage the adhesive and may irritate your skin. If the adhesive feels too strong, gently dab the edges with warm water to help release the grip more easily.

After use: gently rinse with warm water after use. Natural air dry. Cover with transparent film.
