The Katie Dress is designed with an elastic off shoulder neckline in a midi length and features big floral print all over. Featuring short frill sleeves, elastic on the back of the waistband and a tulip skirt hem. This is the perfect style for any occasion and comes in this exclusive to Dee’s black floral print.
