1. Place your foot flat on a piece of paper. Do this at the end of the day when your feet are at their largest. This is best done standing up so ask a friend for help to make it easier and more accurate.
2. Mark the tip of your longest toe and the back of your heel.
3. Measure the distance between the marks.
4. Compare your measurement with our size chart to find your fit.

To find the right shoe size, follow these tips:

1. Measure Your Feet: Use a ruler or tape measure to measure the length and width of your feet. Do this at the end of the day when your feet are at their largest.
2. Check the Size Chart: Compare your measurements with the size guide table above.
3. Consider Fit Preferences: Decide if you prefer a snug or roomy fit, especially for different types of shoes.
4. Factor in Style: Some styles, like pointed-toe shoes, may require sizing up for comfort.

Most of our shoes are true to size but we recommend checking the product description for specific fit notes. We have tested and fitted in the office on various feet sizes and types to ensure the best fit possible.

We recommend choosing the larger size for comfort. You can use insoles or heel grips for the smaller foot.

We understand that trying on your new shoes is essential to ensure the perfect fit. To maintain the product's quality and eligibility for returns, please follow these guidelines when trying on your shoes:

• Try on shoes indoors only on a clean, soft/ carpeted surface to avoid scuffs, dirt, or damage to the soles.
• Avoid wearing the shoes for extended periods or outdoors unless you are certain you will keep them.
• Ensure all original packaging and boxes, tags, and inserts remain intact and are returned with the shoes if you decide not to keep them.

We do not offer refunds. Returns will be issued a store credit if return policy is met. You are then welcomed to use the store credit to purchase another size or something else!

3. Repack your items, with your returns form.
   Tip! If you still have the original parcel bag with you, let's recycle! Our packages are reusable

We recommend to store them in a cool, dry place and use a shoe bag or box to protect them from dust. Wipe clean with a soft cloth after wear, and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or rough surfaces.
